Piyoko is the head of the evil organization, the Black Gema Gema Gang. She came after Dejiko to kidnap and hold her ransom to raise money for planet Analogue. But her gullible personality allows Dejiko to trick her one way or the other, and never succeeds in capturing Dejiko. Piyoko pursues a road of evil, but she is actually kind-hearted and loving toward her subjects.
Her dialect back at home makes her end her sentences with a “pyo.E

Coo is the Major of the Black Gema Gema Gang. He knows Piyoko from childhood and thinks of her as a little sister. Thus, he is closest to Piyoko among the three.
He is Piyoko’s personal doctor.

Ky is the Lieutenant General of the Black Gema Gema Gang. He has a strong sense of responsibility.
He also acts as Piyoko’s personal dentist.

Rik is the General of the Black Gema Gema Gang. He is calm and blunt; he easily comes up with cruel things to say.
He is a veterinarian, and he loves animals of all kinds.

Dejiko is the princess of planet Di Gi Charat, and comes to Earth to study and become a star. Contrary to her cute appearance, she is self-centered and evil, and often plots against Rabi~en~Rose and Piyoko.
Her dialect back at home makes her sentences end with a "nyo."

Puchiko has been with Dejiko ever since Dejiko saved her when she was stuck down a hole. Although she is quiet for most of the time, when she speaks she is really sharp-tongued.
She ends her sentences with a "nyu."

Rabi~en~Rose is a normal human being, and has been working for Gamers before Dejiko joined. She often competes with Dejiko for the number one clerk position.
Her real name is Hikaru Usada, but hates it when people refer to her as Usada.
